Processing

All items are made to order so I always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible; usually within 3-5 working days, however during busy times it may take a little longer.

Shipping & Returns

All items are posted either Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 2nd class as standard. Option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 1st Class at checkout.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked which aims to delivery within 7 days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
